Hurricane Debby 2024 Tracker Radar. Hurricane debby developed from tropical depression four, that formed along the southern coast of cuba around 11 pm edt on august 2. Debby would remain a tropical storm for most of its life as it lifted north into the eastern gulf of mexico and moved towards the apalachee bay.
